The guy, I'm so sorry I can't recall his name, who came to clean the rugs was early, efficient, pleasant, and informative. He helped me think through my options and identify the best options for my needs. And he helped me move stuff I didn't get around to moving before hand.

I have two dogs and two little boys and I use Colonial for cleaning my rugs often. They are flexible and accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times and the rugs are like new when they come back.

excellent on-site drapery cleaning

I used these guys to clean my drapes in two rooms on-site (no need to take them down or re-hang them). They had pet stains (urine, dog fur, mud) all along the bottoms. The serviceman took a great deal of time and got every bit of stain out.
